Why should you trust us?
Friendship House, the only licensed adult day care center in Central Louisiana, is a non-profit organization that provides supervised programs and activities for adults who require a support system during the daytime hours, but can still live in their own homes or with relatives and friends.
Friendship House was founded by Church Women United of Central Louisiana in 1981, and is now administered by a community-wide board of directors. Licensed by the state of Louisiana, Friendship House adheres to the "Standards for Adult Day Care," as prepared by the National Adult Day Services Association, a partner with the American Association of Homes and Services for the aging.
